Nuclear Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading large-scale nuclear projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager/Senior Consultant will manage client relationships, oversee project execution, and provide technical expertise while working remotely with occasional in-office meetings and travel.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline nuclear projects from planning through closeout, ensuring alignment on technical scope and deliverables
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and key performance metrics while conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation plans
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing timely updates on progress, risks, and costs

Required qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in the nuclear industry or marine operations, with 15+ years in project management
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
• Experience with nuclear plant operations and maintenance programs
• Proficiency in project controls and familiarity with Nuclear industry Standard Design Process (SDP)
