Nuclear QA Project Engineer

Job Summary

Representing quality assurance in project planning and execution, the remote Nuclear QA Project Engineer will manage quality-related activities, coordinate with stakeholders, and develop quality requirements traceability matrices in a direct-hire position.

Key responsibilities

• Support company/client projects by ensuring quality assurance in nuclear QA planning and execution
• Act as a central point of contact for quality and process issues between the QA team and stakeholders
• Develop and implement processes for efficient project quality operations and manage first-of-a-kind issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a technical field from an accredited college or university
• At least 8 years of experience in quality assurance with leadership on large projects
• Familiarity with ASME NQA-1, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, and 10 CFR 21
• Eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810
• Experience with ISO 9001 and international quality standards is a plus
