Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nuclear Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts in the nuclear power industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for various roles in the nuclear sector
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination and onboarding support

Qualifications:

• Proven experience recruiting in the nuclear power industry
• Active network and access to nuclear engineers and project managers
• Strong understanding of security clearance and badging processes
• Minimum 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in regulated industries
• Experience working in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
