Nuclear Risk Assessment Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consulting Engineer - Nuclear PRA/PSA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting engineering analyses, calculations, and assessments to support nuclear industry clients
• Developing licensing applications and risk-informed engineering solutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting services

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, preferably in Mechanical, Nuclear, or Electrical Engineering
• For mid-career candidates, experience in PRA internal events, fire PRA, external hazards, or risk-informed applications
• Strong analytical skills and a commitment to safety and innovation
• Experience with operating or advanced nuclear power plant engineering, licensing, or operations is preferred
• Familiarity with nuclear regulatory processes and risk-informed decision-making is beneficial
