Nuclear Risk Assessment Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consulting Engineer - Nuclear PRA/PSA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting engineering analyses, calculations, and assessments to support nuclear industry clients
• Developing PRA-based licensing applications and risk-informed engineering solutions
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to peers and early-career engineers

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience in PRA internal events, fire PRA, external hazards, risk-informed applications, or online risk tools
• Experience with operating or advanced nuclear power plant engineering, licensing, or operations is preferred
• Familiarity with nuclear regulatory processes and risk-informed decision-making is beneficial
• Project management experience is a plus
