Job Summary

Leading site operations, the full-time Nuclear Site Manager will oversee construction, installation, and commissioning activities at the customer site while ensuring compliance with quality standards and project schedules in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage site activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with company objectives and contractual obligations
• Oversee team and resource management, fostering collaboration among contractors and site personnel
• Implement safety programs and enforce quality assurance protocols to maintain a zero-incident culture on site

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience in site management or a similar leadership role
• Proven track record of managing complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of project management principles and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
