Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subject Matter Expert for Nuclear Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the academic dean to define program outcomes and course descriptions for the online Associates of Science degree in Nuclear Technology
• Ensure alignment of program content with industry standards and workforce needs
• Support the development of curriculum that integrates nuclear technology education

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in nuclear technology, including training or supervising entry-level employees
• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nuclear Technology, Physics, Energy Systems) preferred
• Understanding of nuclear energy's role in sustainable energy portfolios
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for nuclear power operations
• Experience with online teaching and/or distance education is desirable
