Nuclear Test Engineer Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Engineer & Procedure Writer Consultant 2 - Nuclear.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Client - Owner/Regulator communications and coordinate issues between engineering and construction
• Review and advise on corrective action issues, and prepare detailed startup plans for functional testing of process systems
• Review, create, and revise operations and maintenance procedures for nuclear projects, ensuring proposed changes accurately reflect new requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent trade experience
• 10 or more years of applicable experience, including Nuclear Power Plant Construction and procedure writing
• Experience in Nuclear Power Plant Commissioning and Initial Power Plant Operation
• Proficiency with current standards regarding procedure preparation and requirements
