Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nuclear Training Material Developer - Operations Training.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop operator training processes, programs, and procedures ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Prepare trainee examination materials and evaluations for various training environments
• Coordinate with management and other organizations to enhance training programs

Required Qualifications and Education

• Associate's degree in science/engineering
• 4 years of commercial nuclear power plant operator training experience
• 2 years of experience as a simulator instructor
• Previous SRO/RO license holder or 4+ years of experience with SRO-certification
• Mastery of skills in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of licensed operator training programs
