Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nuclear Training Material Developer - Operations Training.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop operator training processes and programs ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
• Revise training programs based on plant design changes and maintain instructional accuracy
• Prepare trainee examination materials and evaluations for various training environments

Required Qualifications and Education

• Associate degree in science or engineering
• 4 years of commercial nuclear power plant operator training experience
• 2 years of experience as a simulator instructor
• Previous SRO/RO license holder or 4+ years of experience with SRO-certification
• Mastery of skills in the development and evaluation of licensed operator training programs
