Nuclear Training Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nuclear Training Material Developer - Operations Training.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains operator training processes, programs, and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards
• Coordinates with various departments to improve training programs and prepares trainee evaluation materials
• Participates in audits and prepares responses to findings while supervising the maintenance of training records

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Associate degree in science or engineering
• 4 years of experience in commercial nuclear power plant operator training
• 2 years of experience as a simulator instructor or equivalent certification experience
• Mastery of skills in the development and implementation of licensed operator training programs
• Working knowledge of plant simulation software and Microsoft Office applications
