Job Summary

To support a newly developed training department, the contract Nuclear Training Material Developer will work remotely to create and implement operator training programs and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and revise operator training processes and programs to meet compliance and accreditation criteria
  • Prepare trainee examination materials and evaluations for various training environments
  • Coordinate with operations management and participate in audits to enhance training effectiveness
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree in science or engineering
  • 4 years of commercial nuclear power plant operator training experience
  • 2 years of experience as a simulator instructor
  • Previous SRO/RO license holder or 4+ years of experience with SRO-certification
  • Mastery of skills in developing and evaluating licensed operator training programs
