Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nuclear Training Material Developer - Operations Training.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop operator training processes, programs, and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Revise training programs based on plant design changes and participate in the Training Curriculum Review Committee
• Prepare trainee examination materials and maintain auditable training records

Required Qualifications and Education

• Associate degree in science or engineering
• 4 years of commercial nuclear power plant operator training experience
• 2 years of experience as a simulator instructor
• Previous SRO/RO license holder or 4+ years of experience with SRO-certification
• Mastery of skills in developing and implementing licensed operator training programs
