Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nuclear Training Material Developer - Operations Training.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operator training processes, programs, and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Revise training programs to ensure accuracy and relevance based on plant changes and new regulations
• Prepare examination materials and evaluations for various training environments, and maintain training records

Required Qualifications and Education

• Associate's degree in science or engineering
• 4 years of experience in commercial nuclear power plant operator training
• 2 years of experience as a simulator instructor
• Previous SRO/RO license holder or 4+ years of experience with SRO-certification
• Mastery of skills in the analysis, design, development, and evaluation of licensed operator training programs
