Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nuclear Training Material Developer - Operations Training.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops operator training processes, programs, and procedures ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinates with various departments and organizations to improve training programs and prepares trainee evaluation materials
• Participates in audits and maintains auditable training records and reports

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in science or engineering
• 4 years of commercial nuclear power plant operator training experience
• 2 years of experience as a simulator instructor
• Previous SRO/RO license holder or 4+ years of experience with SRO-certification
• Mastery of skills in the design and development of licensed operator training programs
