Job Summary

Leading cutting-edge nuclear training programs, the full-time salaried Nuclear Maintenance/Technical Training Instructor Sr will develop, deliver, and enhance training courses at the Duane Arnold Energy Center, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while providing instruction both on-site and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and improve assigned training courses and materials using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT)
• Revise instructional materials to align with changes in plant design, regulations, and operating philosophies
• Provide direction and coaching to less-experienced instructors while leading the training program to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a relevant field
• At least 7 years of nuclear experience
• Technical degree in a related field preferred (e.g., Math, Physical Sciences, Engineering)
