Key Responsibilities

• Develops, delivers, and improves training courses and materials using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT)
• Revises instructional materials to align with changes in regulations, plant practices, and operating philosophies
• Leads the training program to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in a relevant field
• 7+ years of nuclear experience
• Bachelor's in a technical field preferred
