Number Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and eager-to-learn, the full-time remote Number Operations Specialist will manage the process of transferring telephone numbers between carriers, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting porting-related requests and collaborating with internal teams and external carriers.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the transfer process of telephone numbers between carriers, ensuring a smooth customer experience
• Support porting-related requests, number purchasing, Caller ID, and A2P 10DLC SMS registration inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams and external carriers to resolve issues efficiently

Required qualifications:

• Eagerness to learn about telecom, VoIP, and number portability processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable learning new software tools, such as CRM and ticketing systems
• No prior telecom experience required; full training will be provided
• Good written and verbal communication skills
