Monitor care navigation effectiveness and collaborate with other departments

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a health-related field with 3 years of clinical experience
Active and unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse in Texas
Previous Oncology experience or OCN certification preferred
Experienced in remote work
Comfortable with modern web applications
