Nurse Medical Information Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Information Specialist I - Nurse - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to medical information inquiries regarding pharmaceutical or device products via various communication channels
• Process fulfillments, provide clinical trial information, and offer after-hours on-call support
• Identify and triage adverse events and product complaints according to established guidelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
• Active RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) equivalency
• Previous experience relevant to the role
• Knowledge of project and corporate policies, including SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Ability to interpret complex medical and technical information
