Nurse Paralegal Consultant - MS

Job Summary

A litigation firm is seeking a Nurse Paralegal for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and summarize medical records for litigation cases
• Conduct medical research and provide expert consultation to legal teams
• Assist in developing case theories, strategies, and trial preparations

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with active licensure
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience
• Paralegal Certificate
• Prior experience in a legal setting, preferably in medical malpractice, personal injury, or healthcare law
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, procedures, and standards of care
