Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Patient Access Provider (Nurse Practitioner).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment and initial treatment for patients with Opioid Use Disorder
  • Safely start treatment with buprenorphine-naloxone and manage early induction and stabilization phases of care
  • Utilize web-based platforms to manage patient care and collaborate with the team
Required Qualifications
  • Must be a Nurse Practitioner with at least one state license from CA, TX, MI, FL, AZ, or CO
  • DEA license in the home state and willingness to obtain licenses in multiple states
  • 1 year of experience with high-volume buprenorphine inductions in telehealth, or 3 years in addiction medicine, or 5 years in primary care, ED, or psychiatric settings
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and adaptability
  • Consistent access to a private work environment suitable for remote work
