Nurse Practitioner - Addiction Medicine

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice, the full-time Nurse Practitioner - Addiction Medicine will independently manage buprenorphine treatment for patients with opioid use disorder in a fully remote outpatient setting.

Key responsibilities

• Independently initiate and manage medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) treatment
• Deliver patient-centered care in a remote outpatient environment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients in their recovery goals

Required qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in one of the specified states
• At least 6 months of experience prescribing buprenorphine-based medications in an independent outpatient setting
• Ability to work autonomously with a strong patient-centered practice
• Private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
• Willingness to work full-time, 30-40 hours per week, with various shift options
