Nurse Practitioner - Addiction Medicine

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice, the full-time Nurse Practitioner - Addiction Medicine will independently manage and initiate buprenorphine treatment for opioid use disorder in a fully remote outpatient setting.

Key responsibilities

• Independently initiate and manage medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) within a structured care model
• Provide patient-centered care and support to individuals seeking recovery from addiction
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive treatment and support for patients

Required qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in one of the specified states
• At least 6 months of experience in an independent outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine-based medications
• Ability to work autonomously with a strong patient-centered practice
• Private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
• Willingness to work full-time, 30-40 hours per week with various shift options
