Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth practice, the full-time Nurse Practitioner - Addiction Medicine will independently manage buprenorphine treatment for opioid use disorder in a fully remote outpatient setting, working 30-40 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) while adhering to harm reduction principles
- Initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported care model
- Provide patient-centered care and support recovery goals through shared decision-making
Required qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in one of the specified states
- At least 6 months of experience in an independent outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine-based medications
- Ability to work autonomously in a patient-centered practice environment
- Private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
- Willingness to work full-time, with various shift options available
