Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner (contract) to provide telehealth consultations and support to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct telehealth sessions for prescriptive and informational purposes
Perform comprehensive health assessments and develop treatment plans

Qualifications:

Valid Nurse Practitioner license in at least 15 states
