Required Qualifications

Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license
National Board Certification from AANP or ANCC
Minimum of 6 months of Nurse Practitioner experience
BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS not accepted
Acceptable NP specialties include Adult Gerontology, Family NP, and others specified
