Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical and wellness education, diagnose, and treat patients via an online platform
• Coordinate patient care pathways and assist with in-person visit planning
• Assess quality of care and contribute to team dynamics through regular feedback and meetings

Required Qualifications

• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with advanced MSK training
• Minimum 5 years of musculoskeletal care experience
• Currently licensed and willing to obtain licensure in multiple states
• Advanced computer skills and comfort with telemedicine technology
• Availability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
