Job Summary
To support women's health across various stages of life, the part-time contract Nurse Practitioner Licensed in Multiple States will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, manage acute and chronic health conditions, and collaborate with behavioral health providers in a fully remote telehealth environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic health conditions within the NP scope of practice
- Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care
Required qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or equivalent) in good standing
- Licensed to practice in one or more of the following states: FL, TX, NC, GA, NJ, PA, IL, NY, VA, DC, MD, MI, AZ
- Minimum of 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience, preferably in women's health or telehealth
- Experience caring for women during reproductive, pregnancy, and postpartum stages preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
