Nurse Practitioner Manager

Job Summary

Leading a remote team of Nurse Practitioners, the full-time Nurse Practitioner Manager will oversee provider performance, ensure compliance with documentation standards, and foster a supportive team culture while enhancing patient care quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage team schedules, performance dashboards, and documentation quality to ensure successful provider operations
• Coach Nurse Practitioners and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve care delivery
• Oversee wellness visit quality and compliance with HCC and MEAT standards to ensure thorough patient care

Required qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with an active and unrestricted license (multi-state or compact state preferred)
• 5-7 years of clinical Nurse Practitioner experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of HCC coding, risk adjustment, and MEAT documentation standards
• Experience in overseeing documentation quality through audits and reviews
• Proficiency in EMRs, dashboards, and communication tools, with a proven ability to lead remote teams
