Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver medication treatment for opioid use disorder in a fully remote outpatient setting
- Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a structured care model
- Work full-time, with various shift options available
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in a specified state
- At least 1 year of experience in an independent outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine-based medications
- Ability to work autonomously in a patient-centered practice
- Private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
- Must reside in one of the designated states for licensure
