Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner - Multi-State Licensed to provide direct, evidence-based GI care via telehealth, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a remote environment, while managing patient assessments, diagnoses, and care plans.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient assessments and manage GI-related conditions according to clinical protocols
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests, developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team
• Document patient encounters accurately and participate in case reviews and team meetings

Required qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner License in the United States, with willingness to obtain additional state licenses
• Experience managing patients with chronic conditions or in a GI specialty (e.g., IBS, IBD)
• Ability to practice independently while collaborating effectively with supervising physicians and the care team
