Job Summary
Providing comprehensive and personalized primary care services remotely, the full-time Nurse Practitioner - Multi-State Licensed will conduct virtual patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient assessments, including medical history collection and physical examinations
- Develop and implement treatment plans while providing education on health promotion and disease prevention
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to aid in diagnosis and treatment decisions
Required qualifications
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
- Active, unencumbered Board Certification by ANCC or AANP
- Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care or family practice
- Nurse Practitioner licensure in at least 3 states at the time of interview, with a preference for TX, NC, MI, or NY
- At least 2 years of remote/hybrid independent virtual primary care experience is highly desired
