Nurse Practitioner - Multiple States

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice, the part-time Nurse Practitioner - Multiple States will provide evidence-based, patient-centered obesity care, manage patient interactions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, committing to 24 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently provide a world-class level of clinical care and patient experience
• Review patient intake and prescribe appropriate weight loss therapy based on clinical protocols
• Manage daily tasks, member messages, and oversee patient progress during shifts

Required qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or other relevant specialties)
• Active, unrestricted license in CT, DC, DE, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, NC, RI, VT, VA
• Experience conducting telehealth visits
• Prior experience with metabolic health strongly preferred
