Nurse Practitioner - Multistate Licensed

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual care team, the part-time Nurse Practitioner - Multistate Licensed will provide direct, evidence-based GI care via telehealth, collaborating with physicians and health professionals while working remotely for up to 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient assessments and manage GI-related conditions in alignment with clinical protocols
• Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team
• Participate in case reviews and accurately document patient encounters in the electronic health record

Required qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner License in the United States, with willingness to obtain additional state licenses
• Experience managing patients with chronic conditions or in a GI specialty
• Ability to practice independently while collaborating effectively with the supervising physician and care team
