Nurse Practitioner - NC and SC Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner for its National After-Hours Team, licensed in NC and SC, part-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic medical care and support to residents and facility staff after-hours
• Coordinate care between facilities, hospitals, and clinics using a telephonic platform
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and document encounters in the EMR, ensuring compliance with CMS requirements

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active licensure in North Carolina and South Carolina; additional licenses in Florida and Georgia preferred
• Nurse Practitioner national certification as ANP, FNP, or GNP
• 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Ability to work scheduled shifts and proficient computer skills for medical documentation
