Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated part-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to deliver high-quality patient care through virtual consultations and clinical assessments while working remotely and coordinating with patients and providers to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform virtual patient consultations, clinical assessments, and documentation according to clinical protocols
• Coordinate with patients and relevant providers to achieve high-quality patient outcomes
• Provide clinical expertise in the design and optimization of clinical programs

Required qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in applicable state(s); multi-state licensure preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in outpatient, ambulatory, or specialty care; telehealth experience preferred
• Familiarity with specialty pharmaceutical programs, injectable biologics, or infusion therapy is a plus
• Strong clinical judgment with the ability to conduct thorough virtual assessments
• Comfort navigating multiple care platforms and virtual communication tools
