Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Job Summary
To support a growing clinical operations team, the remote Nurse Practitioner (NP) will deliver high-impact care management, oversee complex clinical workflows, and ensure quality standards while collaborating with product and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Perform care management outreach, chronic condition follow-ups, and care gap closures using Thesis's AI platform
- Review prior authorizations and appeals, applying clinical judgment to support complex operational workflows
- Conduct quality audits, identify trends, and develop remediation plans to maintain high-quality clinical operations
Required qualifications
- Active NP or equivalent clinical license in good standing; multi-state or Compact licensure is a plus
- 2-5 years of strong clinical experience in direct patient care and virtual care delivery, with exposure to care management or population health workflows
- Prior experience in a healthtech company, startup, health plan, or technology-enabled clinical services organization
- Detail-oriented with a quality mindset and an entrepreneurial approach to creating processes
- Remote work capability based in the continental US
