Nurse Practitioner Quality Lead
Job Summary
Combining clinical leadership with direct patient care, the remote Nurse Practitioner Quality Lead will manage cardiovascular patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and lead initiatives to enhance clinical quality and education within the care team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough telehealth patient assessments and formulate treatment plans for cardiovascular conditions
- Lead clinical quality initiatives, including peer reviews, onboarding, and ongoing education for clinicians
- Collaborate with cardiologists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care
Required qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/APRN license and active national board certification
- Strong clinical experience managing cardiovascular conditions, with cardiology experience preferred
- Experience with clinical quality initiatives and clinician education or development
- Proficient in delivering patient care through telehealth and utilizing technology for patient engagement
