Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner Team Leader to manage and mentor a team of nurse practitioners while providing patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality oversight for medical care delivery and monitor safety and efficacy workflows
• Support the growth and development of team members through regular feedback and performance management
• Lead strategic clinical initiatives and foster collaboration among team members and departments

Required Qualifications

• NP degree with at least one active state medical license
• 2+ years in a management role involving direct people management
• Experience managing clinical and business metrics, including quality and productivity
• Experience in a growth-stage organization or similar environment is preferred
• Comfortable managing a panel of patients with diabetes, pre-diabetes, and obesity
