Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner - PRN Telehealth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Adult/Geriatric Assessments, including medical history, diagnosis, treatment, and documentation
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and caregivers to coordinate patient care and education
Provide services through home visits, skilled facility visits, and telehealth visits

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree or equivalent experience and NP licensure
Current RN and NP licensure in state of practice with prescription authority
Board certification by AANP, ANCC, or AACCN in an approved specialty
Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner
