Job Summary

Seeking a driven Nurse Recruiter, the full-time remote position will source and onboard exceptional Registered Nurses for a mobile IV therapy team while managing candidate relationships and optimizing recruiting workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified Registered Nurses for mobile IV therapy roles
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through the ATS system
• Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate onboarding

Required qualifications

• Previous experience recruiting nurses and/or clinical professionals
• Background in recruiting 1099 employees
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or ATS platforms
• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
