Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer service calls and assist patients and community members
  • Schedule patient appointments following established protocols

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum one year of call center experience strongly preferred
  • Prior healthcare administrative experience preferred
  • Proficient computer skills and typing ability required
