Nursing Expert AI Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nursing Expert AI Trainer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train AI models in the nursing domain by crafting and answering questions
• Evaluate and rank responses generated by AI systems
• Assess the factual accuracy and relevance of text produced by AI models in the context of nursing

Required Qualifications:

• Completed or currently pursuing a degree in Nursing or possess an RN or the equivalent
• More than 2 years of clinical experience
• Proficient in the English language
• Master of Nursing (MSN) or the equivalent (nice to have)
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts (nice to have)
