Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support for frontline staff and leadership regarding productivity and performance metrics
• Stay informed of clinical process updates to ensure accurate reporting
• Define reporting logic specifications to aid in data analysis and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence
• Experience in payer healthcare, Utilization Management, or clinical operations preferred
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, or other reporting tools
• Strong analytical background with the ability to interpret complex datasets
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field
