Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Results Management to provide support for productivity and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support for frontline staff to director-level leadership for 1-2 programs related to productivity and performance metrics
• Stay informed of clinical process updates to ensure accurate reporting and define reporting logic specifications
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and collaborate with internal and external teams on data analysis

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence
• Experience in payer healthcare, Utilization Management, or clinical operations preferred
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and advanced Excel
• Strong analytical background with the ability to interpret complex datasets
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field such as Nursing or Data Analytics
