Nursing Operations Manager

Job Summary

Managing project-related activities, the full-time Operations Manager - Medical will oversee medical and non-medical appeals decisions, develop standardized project information sharing methods, and facilitate team meetings while working remotely on a contract-to-hire basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and manage project activities aligned to contract deliverables
• Lead and facilitate regular team meetings and manage staff workflows
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
• 3-5 years of clinical or medical administration experience
• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience
• Active Nursing License
• Background in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, or Occupational Therapy preferred
