Nursing Student Success Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Nursing Student Success Manager, who will manage recruitment, enrollment, and personalized advising for undergraduate and graduate students, ensuring comprehensive support from initial contact through graduation.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage in recruiting efforts and conduct outreach activities to attract and enroll qualified students
• Advise students on career and program interests, assisting them through the enrollment process
• Manage onboarding and provide financial guidance for students throughout their academic journey

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology, or Communications
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in counseling, advising, or customer service
• Strong proficiency in technology for student management and engagement
• Familiarity with student information systems and CRM tools
• Understanding of FERPA regulations and academic policies
