Nutrition and Formulation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nutrition & Formulation Manager to oversee a team of formulators and nutrition professionals in delivering high-quality custom premixes and feed additive formulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of formulation and nutrition professionals, establishing performance expectations and supporting career progression
• Ensure accurate and compliant formulas and labels for products, validating specifications and overseeing customer communication
• Drive strategic alignment between formulation operations and business initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to support growth and innovation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field with 8-10 years of experience managing a team of nutritionists and/or feed formulators
• Experience with formulation and related software
• Master's or Ph.D. in Animal Nutrition preferred with 5 years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in premix formulation and regulatory standards
• Proven leadership experience in coaching and developing technical talent
