Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nutrition Care Coordinator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitors enteral nutrition patients and processes delivery tickets for supplies
• Maintains current enteral orders, tracks expiration dates, and generates order renewals
• Responds to patient inquiries and coordinates with teams on enteral pump needs and issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least one year of relevant work experience
• Experience in enteral nutrition and coordinating deliveries
• Knowledge of medical records and reimbursement
• Basic competency with Microsoft Office software
• Experience in organizing information and communication with the public
